Ringerhut is Nagasaki style noodle(Chanpon) restaurant. bunch of vegetable soup has no noodle but bunch of vegetable, generally which is on the noodle. so , very healthy and low calories(433kcal)

これ、マジすごいね。野菜だけ。でも、いつものちゃんぽんスープ。これで、500kcal以下なら、ダイエットに最適。ダイエットしてなくてもこれでいいじゃないの？って気になる。
